An easy-to-use fritter mix that can be used with seafood, vegetables, or fruit, our Fantastic Fritter Mix is something the whole family will love.
DIRECTIONS:
- Empty 95g or half the packet into a bowl.
- Mix with enough beer or water until thick and smooth (approx. 120ml).
- Add 2 cups (or approx 250g) of your choice of fritter ingredients. To make classic corn fritters, add a 410g can of drained, whole kernel corn.
- Spoon mixture into a hot pan, greased with butter and a dash of oil.
- Cook both sides until firm and golden brown. Choice!
